5-week WHM Courses in Potsdam

I am very happy to anounce that this winter also foreigners have the chance to learn the Wim Hof Method here in Potsdam. Me and Douwe van den Berg offer several Wim Hof Adventures in english. Douwe is not only my partner but also Wim Hof Level 3 Instructor, Breath Coach, Movement Trainer and Martial Arts Practioner.  Since Summer 2019 we are living together in Potsdam and are happy to announce these Wim Hof Workshops in English: 

15th DeCember Wim Hof Advanced Course
